How branded manufacturers can win big by diversifying their online channels

In Q1 of 2017, Luzern and WBR surveyed over 130 senior decision makers at major manufacturers in Europe and in the USA to learn about their relationship with Amazon. 

Here were some of the key findings:

  • Brands believe Amazon will remain a big player but that online growth will be found in 2 specific channels
  • Controlling brand reputation and fulfilment of orders are some of the challenges brands face on Amazon
  • 45% of companies share an interesting similarity when it comes to pricing on Amazon
